Calvin Webb II
President & Chief Executive Officer

Calvin, President / CEO and founder of Webb Watch Corporation, has over 30 years of management consulting and audit experience spanning the government, not-for-profit and higher education industries.  Prior to founding Webb Watch in 2003, Calvin worked in the Public Services group at Hitachi Consulting.  From 1998—2002, he served as lead partner with Arthur Andersen LLP in the Public Sector Industry Business Consulting program for the Western Region.  Calvin also served in the Audit practice of Arthur Andersen for 17 years.  Calvin received his B.B.A. in Accounting from Texas Tech University.

Michael Di Paolo
Risk Advisory Director

Michael has over 25 years of cumulative experience in organizing, managing, and operating information technology functions.  He is a capable project management executive who is a strong leader with a broad background in business and technology of all kinds.  He is experienced in all aspects of IT operations, IT strategy and planning, IT governance, IT service and service level management, project management, technology infrastructure architecture, SOA architecture, business application solutions, IT outsourcing, Business Process Outsourcing, shared services, software selections.  For the past 9 years have been concentrating on delivery of solutions across various industry verticals (public and private sector).  Prior to starting his consulting career Michael served as a local government CIO, IT Director, a university Director of Computing Services, Applications Manager, and Finance Director.

Calvin (Cal) Webb III
Risk Advisory Manager

Cal, a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), has over five years of audit, internal audit, and risk management experience with a range of organizations from publically traded companies to government,  not-for-profit, and higher education.  Cal has worked with Webb Watch Corporation for the past three years.  Before joining Webb Watch Corporation, Cal worked in the audit group at Deloitte & Touche USA LLP in Dallas.  In addition to Deloitte, Cal worked with Arthur Andersen, Baylor University Controller’s Office, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  He graduated from Baylor University in December 2005 with a B.B.A. in Accounting and a Masters of Accountancy.  In addition to his work at Baylor, Cal is also pursuing a Certificate of Graduate Studies at Dallas Theological Seminary.
